Your first session at RAC will consist of a personal fitness evaluation. The evaluation will measure your level of fitness and health in several different areas. We will test your flexibility, body composition, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity. The results allow the exercise physiologist to design a program that will best fit your needs and background. We incorporate many functional techniques such as free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, stability balls, manual resistance, interval cardio training, flexibility core strengthening, balance, and coordination to provide you with the best possible program. You will be re-evaluated at the end of each quarter in order to make necessary adjustments to your exercise program to ensure you are making constant progress. Each training session will last 60 minutes. |
